Appointments
To request a same day urgent appointment (Monday to Friday):
- phone us on 0121 486 4200, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:30pm
For routine appointments you can call at any time, during normal surgery hours.
We have several lines into the Practice but only 3 telephones. It may seem at time that you can’t get through but you are held in a queue and your call is answered in rotation. Please note at certain times, e.g. lunch or at the end of the working day, a clinician may not be present in this building.
Non-urgent advice: Please note
Your appointment
However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation (between 8:00am and 6:30pm):
- by phone
- face to face at the surgery
- on a video call
- by text or email
Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.

Please note at certain times, e.g. lunch or at the end of the working day, a clinician may not be present in this building.
If you need help with your appointment
Please tell us:

- if you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face-to-face, by video call or by text or email
- if you need an interpreter

Enhanced Access Appointments
Available Monday to Friday, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm and at the weekend. To book speak to a member of the reception team.
Home visits
If you are too ill to come to the surgery and you require a visit at home, please call the surgery before 10am.
Home visits take up much more of a doctor’s time than a consultation in the surgery, so if you are mobile please come into the surgery to be seen.
